By creating an account or using Taleomatic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Taleomatic generates personalized bedtime stories for children using AI. Stories are generated based on the kid profiles and preferences you provide.

Parental Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content generated for your children.

Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate stories.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
If story generation fails, your credit will be automatically refunded.
Prices may change; existing credits remain valid.

Content

Stories are AI-generated and may occasionally contain unexpected content. While we apply safety filters, we encourage parents to review stories with their children. You retain ownership of the stories generated for your account.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
We may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
